I have decided to release several of my original folk art pieces to make room for the new artwork I am creating.  Don't worry.  My style isn't changing.  I've simply run out of room!  The first series to be released will be my original raised panel art.  Some pieces date back to the 90's!  During the sale we will gradually add new originals from my calendar collection and from my own personal collection.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ORIGINALS ARE SOLD TO YOU WITH YOUR UNDERSTANDING THAT THE COPYRIGHT OF THE ARTWORK REMAIN WITH THE ARTIST, DAVID HARDEN. YOU WILL BE FILED IN OUR SYSTEM AND A RECORD WILL BE KEPT WITH YOUR ORDER THAT YOU AGREE TO NOT REPRODUCE THE ARTWORK IN ANY FORM WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM ARTIST DAVID HARDEN.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THANK YOU!

After regular requests, we have added a section of original artwork. Each piece has it's own story of why it was painted, what is was designed for and the year it was finished.  David has decided to part with a few of more than 1200 original works from his own private collection and we offer them here on the web site and at the retail store only. Since these are one-of-a-kind our staff will do their best to fill orders on a first come first serve basis.  Please understand that when an original is sold, sometimes it takes a day to remove it from the site and we may have to email you with the unfortunate news that it is not available. We appreciate your understanding.

"Tip Top Day" © 2004 - acrylic on arched pine board, 11" by 16". This piece was used to mold everything from resin figures to cookie jars. A rare escape from primitive folk art, this one is a visit to the 50's. Curiously enough, the wood used to paint this one has a pattern from the "Folk Art by DAVID" wallpaper book on the reverse side! David obviously takes recycling to the extreme! This is literally 2 paintings in one. $275.00

"Graceful Grace" © 2001 - acrylic on raised wood panel, 11" by 19". This was inspired by a friend and her love of skating. Dressed in her ruby red gown, this little gal really knows how to "figure 8"! She's almost too top heavy for her tiny little skates. This piece was used for a resin music box which played "Winter Wonderland". $250.00

"Fiona McFlurry" © 2002 - acrylic on raised wood panel, 11" by 19". This is the wife of Phillip. She proudly goes to town in all her finest, including her poodle and a wonderful snow-woman brooch attached to her gown. She even sports her trademark red lipstick! A humorous piece featured in resin in 2003. $250.00

"Phillip McFlurry" © 2002 - acrylic on raised wood panel, 8 1/2" by 10 1/2". This, of course, is the son of the McFlurry's. What family would be complete without their little boy? He even holds his prize sailboat and candy sucker! $150.00
